Shipping Policy
We ship ramps, signs, and custom features all over the place—but because every order is a little different, we handle shipping a little differently too.
How It Works
Shipping costs are calculated separately after your order is placed. Once we process your order and get it ready, we’ll calculate the shipping based on the size, weight, and where it’s headed. Then we’ll send you an updated invoice that includes the shipping cost, and your updated order total.
This gives us the flexibility to find the best rate and shipping method for your specific order—especially with bigger stuff like ramps or prefab features.
Carriers

For most smaller items (like signs), we usually ship via UPS.

For larger items (like ramps or built features), we’ll need to use freight shipping. That can take a bit longer to coordinate, but we’ll stay in touch throughout the process so you know what to expect.
Lead Time
Because many of our products are custom or made to order, there’s a lead time for production before shipping. We’ll let you know where things stand and when to expect your item once we finalize the shipping details.
